Good for You in 2013

It's been sometime, between the wrapping up from that hectic last year ~2012, planning, and the holidays are now fully over, from Christmas to the Winter Solstice, we are already into it!
I had planned for a week of downtime, and some of us were forced to take that time with the flu.  That's not exactly what I had in mind, and who likes to start the New Year like that........every year?

It happens more often then we would like, colds, flues, blues and clues.  Yes, clues as to how you got run down in the first place.  Are you always working to the maximum, and not enjoying life, not taking the time to be a healthy individual, and bogged down with others negativity?  These things lead to sickness, and even death. ( I have revised this next sentence, as I found a better way to put it)..... It's because each moment adds up to your life, so each moment which is time, you are spending either living or you are spending it dying.
It is the age of Aquarius... now, if I am not mistaken, with that comes realization that we may not have been taking correct measures in the past, and to awaken yourself because here on Earth the goals are to live the best life possible.....and well, let's start this year, calling it  "Do what's good for you- year"!

Here's some tips:
  • Don't let work take you over, while hard work prevails, you have to be fully alive to enjoy it; dragging yourself home to flop into a couch coma for the only half an hour left in the day -does not count as living.  
  • Enjoy the only and the best gift, and that's life. Enjoy each and all your moments because they add up to a lifetime. 
  • Fill your tank with premium ......... that goes for your body too - eat healthy, and do some needed research to find out what that means. 
  •  Not everyone is the same, and what's good for you isn't good for me!  Your body changes too, such is life and you have to find out what may or may not be jiving so well with you anymore.  Have you developed any allergies or food sensitivities over the last while?
  • Exercise, and work on your abilities.  If you are having troubles due to health or injury, stick to your current level......and that can change and improve; that can be strengthening your muscles in small ways, chair exercises and things that can still help you to improve. Don't forget every small improvement, day by day is the ticket!
  • Do not subscribe to "haters"..... or negative ideals.  Don't let them ask you 21 questions or inapplicable ones; it's usually is just a back door way to be nosy, while you can entertain questions all day, it is taking away from your energy to accomplish things by ways of action. Also, some people can try to find ways to say things that bring down your positive chi.  
  • Mainly, the big man upstairs is the one you must be answering to, I would say the majority of your time.  We must spend time to pray, which should be higher up on our list here and on the daily.
  • If you really want to succeed in life and at your goals,  I suggest, don't talk to haters at all, don't hate on others, don't forget good humour, be grateful and reflective, actively try to improve yourself, be of service to life, in some way everyday.
